LA Lakers and Bucks join Pelicans and Pacers in NBA Cup semi-final to be played in Los Angels on Thursday, 7th December.
Los Angeles Lakers secured the last semi-final spot in the inaugural NBA in-season tournament with a 106-103 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night.
Top seeded Lakers will face New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee will play Indiana in the East semi-final on Thursday.
LeBron James (38) scored 15 of the Lakers’ first 19 points in the final period and Kevin Durant scored 31 points for the Suns in the game. Booker and Grayson Allen scored 21 points apiece for Phoenix.
In another quarter-final match, Bucks beat the Knicks 146-122 on Tuesday night to reach the semi-final.
Julius Randle scored 41 points for the Knicks, Jalen Brunson added 24 points and RJ Barrett scored 23 points for New York.
