Ja Morant, 2020 NBA Rookie of the Year and 2022 Most Improved Player was suspended for a combined 33 games on March 4.

The NBA suspended Morant after a series of incidents where he was involved with a firearm and was showing it off on his social media.

Under the terms of his suspension, Morant was able to practice and travel with his team Grizzlies and take part in morning shootarounds. But he was not permitted to be in an arena with his team during games.

Morant is one of the best players in the NBA. His two-season averages of 26.8 PPG, 7.4 APG and 5.8 RPG attest to his production.

Morant, 24 years old is a two-time All Star and 2022 All NBA Player.
